2022 JCAG Conference Recap

The 2022 Community Service event was done in collaboration with the Towns County Food Pantry. JCAG donated food and personal hygiene items that were collected from various counties. Thank you to everyone who participated!

The 2022 JCAG Conference took place at the Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA.


We had multiple experts in their respective fields speak at the conference this year. The Presenters were Twantta Clark Jennings (Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council), Susan Sticha (Hope and Healing), Josh Becker (Council of Accountability Court Judges), Dr. Jacqueline Adams (Georgia Culture Therapy, LLC), and Kacey Long (The Army of Survivors). The topics were State Opioid Adapted Response Training, Victims of Sexual Assault & Predators Services, Juvenile Court Accountability Court, Gender & Sexual Identity, and Legislative Updates.

Family Ties, Inc. was this year's vendor. The agency provides intensive, home-based counseling and community integration services for families and children. They offer CORE, Telemental Health, Private Consulting, School Based Programs, and DFCS Services. For more information, click the link below.
